Personalized Yoga Sessions
In an ideal world all yoga teachings would be 1 to 1, because we’re all individuals with different bodies, unique histories and motivations. Recently there’s been an explosion of new styles of yoga offered and this can prove confusing, especially for newcomers. A private 1:1 session will make clear what type of yoga I offer and it enables me to assess client’s personal needs.
Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is deeply rooted in the Buddhist tradition and is a highly efficient therapy for body, mind and spirit. It is given on a mat on the floor, with the client fully clothed. The treatment combines elements of acupressure, yoga, reflexology, energy healing, shiatsu and osteopathy. The body/heart/mind system is brought back to it’s natural state of ease and balance.

Fees and Group sizes
for private sessions.
Private sessions are 1:1 or 2:1 and held at my garden studio in Wallingford. Initial session/consultation is 80 minutes, subsequent sessions are 1 hour and can be booked in blocks for a reduced rate. Fee for a single session is £50.
Thai Yoga massage is also in my garden studio, average treatment time 90 minutes, fee £60.
